I teach women how to integrate healthier habits into their lives. My clients learn food science in a fun and accessible way that ensures sustainable results.

I am equal parts optimist & activist and believe in both the science of health and the body’s ability to heal itself.
When my own health spiraled out of control after my husband passed away suddenly from a heart attack in 2012, I knew I had to passionately pursue a way back to balance.
Because the medications doctors put me on were not the solution.
Because different practitioners, lots of time and money, yielded few results.
I began my journey into holistic nutrition with the vision of healing myself.
In less than four months I lost over 20 pounds, was able to reduce my thyroid medication by half, my brain fog lifted and my aches and pains went away.
I finally started to feel good in my body!
This is when I knew I wanted to help others take control of their health through nutrition.
Fast forward two years and I’m a Holistic Nutritionist & Certified Health Coach with an additional certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University. I've found my zone of genius in understanding personal behaviour and teaching the tools that support positive lifestyle change.
My role is to supply the tools, yours is to apply them.
Incorporating all that I’ve learned, plus my 14 years as a yoga teacher, I created BYE BYE SUGAR - a 40-day program tested and proven to transform lives (and reduce waistlines, but that's just one of many benefits)!
