I help clients figure out simple and easy ways to adopt healthier habits. Like you I’m also busy. I’ve learned how to make healthy choices a no brainer, especially when it comes to food. I share with you how to create healthy meals with little prep as well as incorporating healthier mindset habits into your daily routine. HOW DO I WORK WITH YOU?

You can book an initial consult. You'll be sent a health questionnaire, a video and information for our first call. In your initial consult I'll review your health questionnaire with you and discuss the best strategies to help you achieve your goals. For best results, I work with clients bi-weekly or monthly online or by phone.

DO YOU OFFER LONGER PROGRAMS?

Besides my digital 40-day BYE BYE SUGAR program, I offer 90-day program and longer group programs. My 90 day program and group programs incorporate weekly group coaching. I have clients that have worked with me for 6 months up to a year in order to keep them accountable on their health goals. 

OH, HEY, WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN?

I ride a 1200T Harley Sportster. In 2017, I rode from Toronto to Vancouver and back again, which was an epic adventure. I'm hoping to have many more road adventures on my motorcycle!

I’m also a proud mama to three fur babies…  Shanti, Coco, and Harley. These Fur-Girls keep my life busy and interesting!
