Working with Julie was the greatest experience. The Health Blueprint group helped my life in an indescribable way. I have Hashimoto's and had tried everything including a vegan, gluten-free diet but was still not enjoying life. Julie improved my health so much. I had my doubts if this would work when I learned what she wanted me to do for 4 months. But, I am so glad I followed her guidance. I am excited to get out of bed in the morning. At the end of the program I've lost a total of 30 lbs and am feeling more confident and hopeful that I can continue to improve my health if I continue to stay the course. Since I started the program, I lost 10lbs, my body shape looks better. My neck feels slimmer and the bloating is gone. 

Prior to the protocol, there were days I felt like I was hit by a bus, spending the whole day in bed, feeling completely depleted - I don't have that anymore, not that extreme exhaustion.

I trust the process and I know in my heart that this is the way to go, I know I will reverse Hashimoto's if I keep going and at some point I will lose more weight. I still have 2 months to go in the program. Excited to see how my health improves.

I didn't think this would help me. I was worried it would actually make my condition worse. But how wrong I was. I went from tired and hopeless to energized and ready to not just survive but THRIVE! After the first 30 days I had higher energy levels, more consistent energy, slept more deeply. My digestion improved dramatically, my skin is smoother and tighter. I am not sure what prompted me to take a chance and buy into Julie’s protocols, but I am so grateful I did.  Maybe it was that what she said resonated with me.  The difference was that she had a specific plan tailored to me.  I joined her four-month Health Blueprint group focused on regenerative health.  I attended the sessions and followed the protocols.  I met other amazing people struggling with what I had been struggling with – hypothyroidism, Hashimoto, tired and overweight.  I had tried everything to find the secret to losing weight – nothing worked.  Just before I met Julie, I thought I would spend the rest of my life, overweight, in pain and hopeless.

If you told me that I was going to give up coffee on this protocol, I would have laughed at you – but I did.  If you told me I would transition to a plant based, raw diet, I am not sure I would have believed it – but I did.  Julie’s protocols around improving gut health, cell regeneration, parasite and heavy metal detoxing along with stress reduction techniques have helped me adopt a healthier lifestyle.  While I have lost about 25 pounds over the last five months, it hasn’t been the main thing. The decrease in inflammation has probably been the most astonishing and my doctor has decreased my thyroid medication as a result of improved lab results.  I actually don’t hate mirrors anymore and I am learning to see my own beauty.

Julie’s practicing what she teaches, and she has personally been through the journey.  She backs up her protocol with science and data and delivers it with a calming influence.  She allows you to move at your own pace and in a non-judgmental way, as she understands how difficult change can be.  It is clear she is committed to helping others.

I am not done with my journey – I have a long way to go, but I am confident and committed to this lifestyle.  I am ever grateful to Julie Brar for showing me a path to living for health.


Today I had my endocrinologist appointment and she said I have to reduce my Levothyroxine dosage as my TSH levels have decreased to the lower range of normal range 0.4. I usually take 88 mcg but now as I continue this program, she said dosage can be decreased and my A1C levels are good without metformin.

I am so happy to see good results with my routine within 2 weeks. So happy that I found you! I am in love with Apothecherry!


Sometimes getting back on track takes a bit of help. Whether it's business, health, or personal goals, Julie has been instrumental in my successes by redefining how I work in my zone of genius, and developing tools that turn challenges into indicators and to not be paralyzed by them. Having a coach seems a bit more like a family doctor, everyone should have one!


I found Bye Bye Sugar was really great for shining a spotlight on my eating habits. It made me aware of the foods that gave me energy versus the foods that robbed me of energy. I didn’t feel great immediately after I started the program but after a few days I started to feel better. Things that would normally stress me out didn’t bug me as much. Bye Bye Sugar also really taught me to become aware of labels, especially the labels of so called ‘health' foods. Months later I’m still practicing the habits I learned during the program. Julie was very accessible, and it was amazing to have a knowledgeable coach. The daily coaching was great for accountability.


I wanted to thank-you for your guidance this fall. The program really surprised me.  I had been working out 2-3X per week for 3 months, hoping to shed a few pounds. I was monitoring my weight and seeing no change.  After the first week making changes I was down 8 pounds already. I felt better, I had more energy, it was really quite shocking the difference the diet changes made. Now that I’ve completed the program, I am continuing to avoid many of the foods I eliminated at Julie’s suggestion. Beyond the results, I found Julie to be extremely supportive, providing daily encouragement and accountability. I joined Julie’s Bye, Bye Sugar 21-day challenge on November 1st 2018. I joined it as my busy life as a mom and business owner had me making consistently poor food choices, not sleeping well and feeling blah. I have always been on the heavier side and struggle with my weight and an injury earlier the year sidelined me from most physical activity which only compounded my struggles with stress, weight and body image. 

The first few days of the program were tremendously difficult for me. I was cranky and irritable however I acknowledge some of this was my own doing in the lack of preparation going into the challenge.

Julie was extremely understanding and responded to my multiple inquiries on what I could or should avoid and alternatives that I could use as I wandered the grocery store hungry and lost.

After the first three days I started to settle into a routine and after about 7 days I really started to see some notable differences. I woke up feeling better; the typical aches in my lower back had reduced, I woke up more alert and my ability to manage stress through a difficult year end /holiday season seemed to affect me less and I was more patient and articulate in my responses.

I also noticed my clothes began to feel more comfortable, my cravings subsided and my overall confidence in myself increased. One of the most unexpected benefits I experienced was increased mobility in my shoulder. My torn rotator cuff had not been responding to physiotherapy for months which had a profound impact on my stress. Now it had become less painful and my mobility increased. This was a surprise that gave me hope for recovery and allowed me to get back to gym.

My three weeks of sugar free came to an end on November 21st however by then my cravings for sugary food were gone and I appreciated the benefits cutting sugar out of my diet brought and therefore continued with the plan for 6 weeks.

Bye, Bye Sugar truly opened my eyes to how sugar can impact the body both mentally and physically and has helped shape how I fuel my body moving forward.
